A commission on sales that keeps getting smaller
On top of the monthly fee, we charge a percentage on everything that runs through the platform's checkout and POS. The bigger the plan, the lower the rate — it starts at 2.0% and drops to 0.6%.
On Enterprise the commission is negotiated — it can go as low as 0% on sales.
You pay for results, not for tokens
- Every plan includes a monthly credit quota: ~100 on Start, ~600 on Essential, ~1,800 on Professional and ~4,500 on Advanced.
- 1 credit = 1 bot reply or 1 AI catalog action (generating a description). Image search uses 3 credits.
- Need more? Prepaid packs with a discount — from R$ 0.10 à la carte to R$ 0.045 per credit in the 20k pack.
- Alerts at 80% and 100% plus a configurable spending cap — the AI never spends without you seeing it.
